Position

School Administrator

DC English School has part-time positions available for School Administrators. Staff should be available for at least one 2-4 hour shift per week.

Qualifications

  • Interest in working in an English environment
  • Good office and customer service manner
  • Flexibility with schedule and work duties

Job description

  • Take care of school areas and students
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Reserve classes for students
  • Support events and projects

English level

Intermediate and above

Japanese level

Fluent

Salary

1,000 yen per hour (All staff must be members of DC English School, minimum 4 course plan)

Work location

Meidai-mai, Tokyo

Job description

  • Assisting English teachers to conduct classes
  • Developing lesson plans and course materials
  • Participating in school activities and events
  • Support other staff to accomplish their tasks
